Business Development

  Wentworth Corporate Advisors (WCA) assists small firms especially minority and women-owned enterprises (“M/WBEs”) in growing their businesses. We do this by expanding a client’s sales and marketing efforts to major corporations, all of which have a definite need to include well-run M/WBEs in their purchasing and sourcing programs. As part of a business development program, WCA will assist its clients in obtaining M/WBE Certifications, SBA 8(a), SDB Certification and Corporate/Government and Agency vendors list approvals.

WCA has significant relationships with the diversity departments of major corporations and can bring these contacts to bear in obtaining business for its clients. Our prospective clients are successful, have been in business for a minimum of five years and have at least $2,000,000 in annual revenues. However, they have stayed within their own “natural” market, not realizing the great potential of the larger corporate market. While we advise, we are not consultants in the traditional sense, but perform as a client’s corporate marketing division, developing leads, generating sales and closing major corporate purchasing agreements.

WCA can present the products and services of our clients to these and other major corporations with the goal of generating significant revenues.
